About Lawrence F. Dietlein, Jr.

Licensed to practice law since 1998, Lawrence is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Texas Bar College, the Houston Bar Association, the Fort Bend County Bar Association, Attorneys in Tax and Probate, and Disability and Elder Law Attorney Association.

He received his Bachelor Degree in Molecular Biology/Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin, his Master Degree in Philosophy from the University of Houston, his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law), and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law from the University of Houston Law Center.

Mr. Dietlein believes the law exists to help and protect people and should not overwhelm or frighten good citizens.
